Did you know?

Iced tea has a long history and appeared in recipe books as far back as the early 19th century. But it wasn’t until the St. Louis World’s Fair in 1904 that iced tea gained widespread popularity, when a tea vendor cooled his teas with ice due to the heat. The drink became an instant hit.
