In this barista course, you’ll learn the basics of the coffee bean, about the origin of coffee and the different types of roast. Whether it’s using the right grind size, setting up the coffee machine or whipping up wonderful steamed milk: here you’ll learn the fundamentals of coffee.

Afterwards, you’ll practise how to make the perfect espresso directly on a portafilter espresso machine. And we’ll work together to prepare what may be the best cappuccino of your life! Thanks to these practical exercises, you’ll soon be impressing your friends back home with your new-found knowledge and the perfect coffee.

This barista course is aimed at beginners who want to get to know their portafilter espresso machine better. In our training, you’ll learn everything you need to know to get started as a barista. The course serves as a basis for further, more advanced workshops and provides an initial insight into the world of espresso and cappuccino.

And by the way: our barista course is also ideal as a Christmas or birthday gift. You can book that here. If you have any questions, please feel free to send an email to academy@dallmayr.de.

For those who want to dive even deeper into the world of coffee, we also recommend the Barista Basic course – where we have even more time for practical exercises.
