Health & Safety Dallmayr has high health and safety standards for all employees in the workplace. In addition to first-aid training and various courses in occupational health and safety, a company doctor promotes employee well-being and helps our staff to stay healthy.

Commitment to communities in our home region is part of our company culture. We give some of our success back to the community by donating to social organisations – whether it’s thousands of coffee packs for people in need in Munich or from Ukraine, new toys for a children’s hospice in Germany’s Allgäu region, or supporting social projects.
