Green Tea Cucumber Cooler

Green tea, cucumber, lime and basil – the perfect refreshment for hot summer days.

How to make it

  1. Brew the green tea with approximately 250 ml of hot water and let it steep for 5 minutes.
  2. Slice the cucumber and lime, then rinse the basil.
  3. Add the cucumber, lime and basil to a pitcher. Pour in the brewed tea, add about 1 litre of cold water and sweeten with agave syrup to taste.
  4. Refrigerate for a few hours to allow the flavours to infuse. Serve over ice.

  • Ice cubes

  • 1 organic lime
  • ½ bunch of fresh basil
  • Agave syrup (optional, to taste)

Chocolate Earl Grey

Hot chocolate, reimagined. The delicate bergamot notes of Earl Grey add a unique twist to this rich and creamy hot chocolate.

How to make it

  1. Place the Earl Grey tea bags and brown sugar in a small saucepan. Pour over the boiling water and let steep for 1–2 minutes.
  2. Add the milk and heat over medium heat. Simmer gently for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the milk takes on a warm caramel colour.
  3. Stir in the dark chocolate, cocoa powder and a pinch of salt. Whisk until the chocolate has completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Remove from the heat, stir in the vanilla extract and strain into a mug.
  5. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings, if desired, and serve warm.

How to make it

  1. Pour 500 ml of boiling water over the Wild Berry tea bags.
  2. Let the tea steep for 10 minutes.
  3. Pour the brewed tea over 500 g of ice cubes or combine it with 500 ml of ice-cold water.
  4. Stir in the lime juice and ginger syrup. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices.
