Status: August 2025
The “Dallmayr Family Days Competition” (hereinafter referred to as “competition”) is organised by Alois Dallmayr Kaffee oHG, Dienerstrasse 14-15, 80331 Munich, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “Dallmayr”).
By participating in this competition, each participant accepts the validity of these terms and conditions of participation.
Section 1 Eligibility
This competition is open to participants who are permanently resident in Germany, Austria, France or Switzerland and who are aged 18 years or over at the time of participation. Dallmayr reserves the right to request proof of the participant’s age.
Section 2 Exclusion from the competition
Employees of Dallmayr and Alois Dallmayr KG, as well as their immediate family members and persons who live in the same household as Dallmayr employees, are not permitted to enter the competition.
Dallmayr reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition who have violated the terms and conditions of participation, have provided false information in connection with participation, or have gained an unfair advantage. Participation via competition agencies or automated participation services is also not permitted. In such cases, a prize may be subsequently withdrawn.
3 Participation in the competition and the deadline for entries
Entry to the competition is online only via the QR codes displayed at the entrances and activity stations in Europa-Park or on the internet on the website www.dallmayr.com/familydays (hereinafter referred to as the “competition page”).
To enter the competition, participants must complete activities at four activity stations located in Europa-Park (Spin the Wheel! (Dreh am Rad!), Can Toss Derby! (Dosen-Derby!), Supercool!, Photoooh! (Fotoooh!)) and collect a solution word for each successfully completed activity. After completing the activities at all four activity stations, the solution words collected by participants will form a solution sentence; participants must type this solution sentence on the competition page and complete the online entry form on this page truthfully and in full with their personal data.
Participation at the activity stations is possible during the Europa-Park’s regular opening hours on the Family Days on 7 September 2025 and 8 September 2025. The competition closes on 8 September 2025 at 11.59 p.m. (deadline for entries). Only those online entry forms received by Dallmayr before the deadline for entries can be considered for participation in the competition. Here, the date and time of submission of the entry form are decisive. Dallmayr’s receipt of each entry is logged electronically, and this serves to verify that the entry has been submitted by the deadline.
Participation in the competition is free of charge and, in particular, does not require the purchase of goods.
4 Execution and processing
After the deadline for entries, the winners are drawn at random from all participants who have taken part in the competition and have provided the necessary information on the competition page (see 3). The selection of the winners is final and binding subject to any subsequent disqualification or withdrawal, in particular with regard to Section 2 or in the event of non-acceptance in accordance with Section 4.
The winners shall be notified of their prize in writing by email within six weeks (hereinafter referred to as “prize notification”). In the event that the prize notification is undeliverable, Dallmayr is not obliged to carry out any further inquiries. In this case, Dallmayr has the right, at its sole discretion, to withdraw the winner’s prize entitlement and to select a new winner.
The winners must respond to Dallmayr and accept the prize in writing using the email address [email protected] within two weeks of receiving the prize notification. The date of receipt of the email is decisive when verifying that receipt of this response is within this time limit. If a winner has not responded and accepted the prize within this time limit, Dallmayr has the right, at its sole discretion, to withdraw the winner’s prize entitlement and to select a new winner.
5 Naming the winners
Dallmayr is entitled to publish each winner’s first name, the first letter of their surname and their place of residence on the Dallmayr website. The participant consents to this.
Dallmayr is under no obligation to publish this information. No responsibility is assumed for errors and omissions in the announcement of the winners.
