Sustainability is on everyone’s lips – with Dallmayr’s “Simply Nature” it can melt in your mouth in every conceivable culinary facet. We use exclusively regional and seasonal products; with the exquisite Dallmayr quality and freshness, naturally.

Our chefs take their inspiration from the ingenious simplicity of nature – and pamper you and your guests with delicacies like fillet of veal cooked sous vide in a spring herb coating on Dallmayr mustard mousse and carrot & celery tartlets (spring) or guinea-fowl pralines with a roast chestnut mousse and spiced pear (autumn).
