Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains
Since January 1, 2024, the Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains (“Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz” – or LkSG for short). The law requires companies to systematically assess human rights and environmental risks in their supply chains and to take appropriate measures to prevent or minimize them.
Key elements of Dallmayr’s implementation of these legal requirements include:
- a Supplier Code of Conduct
- a Statement of Principles
- a grievance procedure in accordance with the requirements of the LkSG
- regular risk analyses to identify and assess human rights and environmental risks
- documented preventive and remedial measures
The necessary processes and responsibilities are firmly established within our company and are reviewed on a regular basis.
As part of our risk analysis, we systematically identify our direct suppliers and regularly assess them for human rights and environmental risks. The results serve as the basis for developing measures and are incorporated into our internal processes.
All information regarding the LkSG at Dallmayr is provided below.

In addition, a complaint procedure is available through which individuals can anonymously report human rights or environmental risks, as well as potential violations of statutory due diligence obligations.
