Ingredients
· 2 g Dallmayr Organic Matcha Tea
· 150 ml water
· 150 ml coconut milk
· Ice cubes

Instructions
1. Bring the water to a boil, then let it cool to about 80 °C.
2. Add 2 g of matcha and 50 ml of the water to a matcha bowl. Whisk vigorously with a bamboo whisk until frothy.
3. Pour in the remaining 100 ml of water and mix gently.
4. Fill a glass with ice cubes, add the coconut milk, then pour the prepared matcha over the top.

Ingredients
· 2  g Dallmayr Organic Matcha Tea
· 150 ml water
· A handful of ice cubes

Instructions
1. Whisk 2 g of matcha with 50 ml of hot water (about 80 °C ) until frothy.
2. Add the remaining 100 ml of water and stir gently.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, milk, and vanilla syrup until smooth and frothy. Let the cheesefoam cool slightly.
4. Fill a glass with ice cubes, pour in the matcha, and top with the cheesefoam.
