When the days grow shorter and the air is filled with the delicate scent of cinnamon, pine and freshly baked cookies, the most magical time of the year begins: Advent. With its limited edition Christmas blend, ‘Noheli Nziza’, Dallmayr Röstkunst invites you to celebrate these magical moments with an exceptional coffee once again this year.
Coffee enjoyment from Rwanda
Noheli Nziza means ‘Merry Christmas’ in Rwandan. This single-origin 100% Arabica coffee comes from the Simbi Kinazi Washing Station in Rwanda, where around 750 smallholders pick the ripe coffee cherries by hand using traditional methods. At an altitude of 1,700 to 2,000 metres, the beans ripen under optimal climatic conditions and are then processed using the particularly complex ‘honey process method’. This involves leaving parts of the pulp on the bean during drying, a process that is valued for its slightly sweet taste and is particularly appreciated in the world of specialty coffee.
From the very first sip, delicate aromas of citrus fruits, caramel, honey and gooseberry unfold. With its complex and precise flavour, Noheli Nziza is perfect for preparing as filter coffee, café crema or French press. Whether early in the morning, on a quiet Advent Sunday or after a festive Christmas dinner, this coffee makes every moment special.
Fascinating coffee for festive moments
The design also brings Christmas cheer into your home: the festive red and gold packaging combines stylish elegance with lovely details. On the banderole, Dallmayr tells a Christmas story from Rwanda – a country that celebrates the festive season with music, dancing, barbecues and the typical charcoal fires that bathe entire landscapes in a warm, gently flickering light on 25 December.
