A classic combination reinvented! Honey Tonic Water combines the sweetness of honey, the freshness of lemon and tonic water with the aromatic flavour of coffee. Perfect for anyone who doesn't want to choose between coffee and a refreshing drink.
What you need for the Honey Tonic Coffee:
- 60 ml Dallmayr prodomo
- 1-2 tsp honey
- 1 lemon
- 250 ml tonic water
- A handful of ice cubes
How to prepare the Honey Tonic Coffee:
- Take a large glass and fill it halfway with ice cubes.
- Squeeze a lemon and pour around 20 ml of lemon juice over the ice cubes.
- Add 1-2 teaspoons of honey to the lemon juice and stir well until the honey has completely dissolved.
- Pour 250 ml of tonic water into the glass so that the mixture bubbles and is well distributed.
- Carefully pour the cooled coffee over the tonic water to create a nice layer.
- Enjoy immediately - the combination of sweet honey, sparkling tonic water and strong coffee is refreshing and unique

For optimal layering, pour the coffee slowly into the glass using the back of a spoon.
