What you need for the coconut latte:
- 60 ml Dallmayr Ethiopia Cold Brew
- 150 ml coconut milk
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- ice cubes
How to prepare the coconut latte:
- Put 2-3 ice cubes in a large glass.
- Froth the coconut milk with a milk frother until it has a creamy consistency.
- Pour the cold brew into the glass with the ice cubes.
- Carefully pour the frothed coconut milk foam over the cold brew.
- Sprinkle the finished coconut latte with 2 tablespoons of coconut flakes for an extra tropical flavour.

Use canned coconut milk and mix it with a dash of cold water to make it easier to froth. This makes the milk foam extra creamy and fluffy.
