Espresso meets vanilla ice cream

If you're already dreaming of summer, you can take a small step closer to your dream by enjoying an Affogato. The perfect combination of hot espresso and cool vanilla ice cream brings the feeling of Italian dolce vita straight to your home. And best of all - the affogato can be made in just a few minutes: 

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 Espresso (approx. 30 ml) Dallmayr Home Barista Espresso Intenso

 

How to prepare the affogato: 

  1. Put a scoop of vanilla ice cream in an espresso cup.
  2. Now pour an espresso directly over the ice cream. We use our Home Barista Espresso Intenso here.
  3. Stir the two ingredients together carefully so that the flavors of the vanilla ice cream and the coffee blend together.
