Ingredients:
- 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
- 1 Espresso (approx. 30 ml) Dallmayr Home Barista Espresso Intenso
How to prepare the affogato:
- Put a scoop of vanilla ice cream in an espresso cup.
- Now pour an espresso directly over the ice cream. We use our Home Barista Espresso Intenso here.
- Stir the two ingredients together carefully so that the flavors of the vanilla ice cream and the coffee blend together.
