Black tea

The Dallmayr range of black teas make the hearts of tea connoisseurs beat faster. Only the finest leaves are used in the Grand Cru selection, which includes our most popular varieties of tea. The entire range has a long history in the Dallmayr delicatessen, and our rare blends come from the world’s most prestigious tea gardens. They can be recognised by the stylised tea leaf featuring a motif that represents the place of origin. A large selection of flavoured varieties complete the range of black teas.

Green tea

Green tea is different from black tea in the way that it is processed: the tea leaves are heated after being picked. This is how they retain their olive-green colour. Once prepared in the cup, green tea can have a diverse range of flavours, from grassy and bitter to aromatic and sweet.

White tea

For white tea, only the new shoots and the first two leaves are picked and subsequently dried. An extremely delicate and slightly sweet aroma unfolds. Covered in a silvery-white fuzz down, the leaves give white tea its name.

Rooibos tea

From South Africa, rooibos is similar to our broom shrub. Its naturally green, needle-shaped leaves are harvested in the summer and do not turn their characteristic ruddy brown colour until they have been processed and fermented. Drunk as it comes, rooibos tea has a slightly sweet flavour. It has a pleasant, gentle taste and contains no caffeine, making it perfect thirst quencher. We have created various rooibos teas for you, ranging from the original blend to fresh, fruity varieties and mixtures with a delicate hint of vanilla or caramel.

Fruit tea

Fruit teas are deliciously refreshing whether enjoyed hot or cold. After an elaborate drying process, the individual fruits for the Dallmayr fruit tea blends are roughly cut. Flavourings and essential oils create a special aroma.
